Photo of Buzz'd Craft Beer Bottles.
Objective:
To explore creativity in production and design, and design effective packaging for a custom craft beer label, logo, neck label, and cap for a fictitious Ontario brewing company for three different types of beer flavours.
Process:
The start of this project came with a brainstorm session about craft beer and the feeling of being buzzed while drinking alcohol. The concept of buzzing bees immediately resonated with me, and I decided to embrace this theme throughout. Opting for a more minimalist yet vibrant aesthetic, I integrated various elements related to bees, such as bee-themed flavors, honeycomb shapes, and bee stingers. This approach was aimed at maintaining a consistent and enjoyable visual appeal. After completing the design phase, I forwarded the finalized product to the printers. I then cut out each design and glued them onto authentic beer bottles. This hands-on demonstration was intended to provide the client with a tangible representation of how the finished product would look.
